Hey Loves, it’s a new month and I thought I’d share with you all what I absolutely loved using in the past month.
Here’s a video of my current faves or you can call it…NOVEMBER FAVORITES.
Hey my loves. Hope everyone’s doing good? I’m doing quite well myself.
Can you remember your first teeth cleaning appointment? Well I definitely remember mine because it happened only recently and it was filmed! Yay….
I cleaned my teeth for the first time a week ago and it was cool I must say. The scraping, toothpaste in my mouth and some sort of “powdery stuffs” flying over my face, wearing weird googles.
I must say, it was pretty cool lying on the bench and the most horrifying part was spitting out all the dirt when the dentist was done. (Now that’s a sight I wouldn’t want to see again).
No doubt my teeth was finely cleaned but it didn’t quite meet my expectation. (I had really grand expectations as a first timer), I thought teeth cleaning was gonna change my world – literally. I thought my breathe and everything in between would be totally different but that didn’t happen and that’s okay!
I’m glad I got my teeth cleaned finally thanks to the dental studio team and Doctor Zahar for being patient and kind during the procedure.
For booking with dental studio:

Like my doctor recommended, make sure to clean your teeth every 6 months.
What was your first dentist appointment like? Please share your experiences with me done below and you can watch mine here:

Hey guys. Hope you all are doing well?
This past week I travelled to Bukovel, a town in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. I must say it is a place to visit.
Bukovel is popularly known as a ski resort but I went during the summer and still enjoyed myself.
The mountains, trees and atmosphere is just breath taking. It’s pretty much a huge land with various things to take part in at every corner.
One of the things I truly loved was the fact that you can walk to any place you want to. Everywhere is a walking distance, so there’s no need to call a taxi, but of course if you drive there you can go places with your car.
You will find hotels literally everywhere because it’s a tourist center. One remarkable thing about the whole town of Bukovel is that everything is translated to English. They have sign boards in English and a lot of the staffs in hotels, restaurant and the entertainment areas speak English. Also, the people I met were so civilized and nice. Not that there ain’t nice people in other parts of Ukraine but I will say that in some parts of Ukraine you will find racists and people looking at you weirdly (if you’re black that is).
But in Bukovel it was totally different. People were super nice and no one looked at my friend and I in a funny manner.
I also have to mention that if you want to have fun to the fullest, you gotta have enough money on you because taking part in the various activities will cost you some bucks. I personally had a budget of $100 ( for 3 days) and I was able to stick to that, mostly because I gave up on some things that were over my budget.
The weekends are both the best and worse time to visit Bukovel. Best due to the fact that you’d get to see a whole lot of people (the more the merrier right?). Worse because the prices for most activities costs more during weekends and/or holiday season.
I stayed in the beautiful and affordable Bukville hotel. If you’re going to book your hotel before arriving (which you should, especially during summer, winter or a holiday period) make sure to book a hotel that’s close to the center of Bukovel or one close to “lift 1 or 2”. Because as I mentioned earlier, most places are a walking distance but you would have to get a taxi or walk nonstop if you book a place that’s too far from the center.
I personally never saw a taxi, only buses going in and out of the town.
Here are some fun things to try out in Bukovel:
One place that didn’t meet up to my expectation was the spa house, most specifically the Jacuzzi area. The Jacuzzi bathtub was super small and looked like it’d be inconvenient. I peeped into the other rooms for the massage and facials and it didn’t give off a good vibe. Hopefully they work on that, cause I really wanted to enjoy a spa time.
Well, that pretty much sums up my trip to Bukovel.
Have you ever been to Bukovel? Would you like to after reading this and watching my vlog? Is there a place you would like to recommend I visit?
Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for the read.
Am I the only one around here who keeps hearing these words “time is money”, “time is of the essence”, “time flies”, “no time to lose”, time this, time that….?
I can bet you every single person that reads this post has heard at least one of those statements more times than they can count.
So what is it about these idioms that never gets old? Is it something that’s said just to scare people or to make people do things that they don’t necessarily want to, but have to because “time is money”?
It’s summer time!!! And a lot of us have a lot of free time, we want to travel and do fun stuffs…but when we peep into the bank account, it tells you to sit down (know that feeling?).
So I have decided to share some ways I know to make some cash online.
Working from home can be really comfortable and easy. No need to spend extra money on transportation to and fro from home to work and back. It’s a quick fix to some financial difficulties you might be facing and it gives you extra time (in between work) to do other things you have to do.
Did I mention it’s quite flexible as well?
Taking breaks. Is it worth it? Is it necessary?
Hi loves! Been a hot minute right? Sorry I kept ya’ll waiting, but I’m back and better ( I hope). lol….
I took a break from blogging for a while due to school work and exams and honestly, procrastination.
Yeah, I got lazy and I kept procrastinating. Granted, I had some school work and a few other things on my plate but those things didn’t necessarily have to hinder me from posting on my blog.
I guess I just made a huge deal out of it.
Which pretty much brings me into the topic for today, TAKING BREAKS.
Is it always necessary?
Are you selfish ENOUGH?
Do you find yourself constantly cancelling out important values you require in a partner from your list? Or you get together with someone who isn’t the kind of person you want but because people say you’re too picky or because you’ve been single for way too long you decide to “manage” what you’ve gotten?
Sometimes our brain tends to be messy, we have so many things occupy our minds; errands to run, ideas, projects, school work, family, friends, self-care etc.
Our brains get so clustered that we sometimes don’t know where to start from.
And that’s where brain dump comes into play.
You know how you turn your bag upside down while searching for something and dump the contents of the bag on the floor? Well, that’s pretty much what brain dumping is.
You dump the contents of your brain on paper (or digitally) in order to de-clutter your mind. When you’re stressed or have a lot on your mind, brain dumping helps relief the stress because your brain is no longer occupied with different thoughts but the paper is! Isn’t that amazing? From brain to paper.
Now, all you have to do after dumping the contents of your brain on paper is to execute. Read through all you have written down and pick (at that moment) at least 3 things on the list and do them right away.
You’ll find that, sometimes there are things that can take you literally 2 minutes to get done but because you have so much stuff going on in your mind, you think every task is daunting.
Another amazing thing about a brain dump is this: You don’t have to take any action at that time. Yes! Because getting your mind to relax and easing yourself of your anxieties and worries is good enough.
All you have to do is DUMP and be FREE.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year everyone!! I hope everyone is having a great time and feeling happy. I personally feel that’s the main thing: it’s your mental state that counts.
Even if you don’t have your loved ones with you to spend the holidays with, it’s how you feel inside that counts. No matter what, always try to stay positive and happy and every other thing will fall into place.
