You’re a sinner so I can’t treat you with love and respect!
There are some of us who feel like once we get rid of one sin in our lives we are better than the rest who are still involved in that sin.
Yes, you did well. You conquered a sin. But does that give anyone the right to judge others?
Don’t judge people because they sin differently from you.
Yes I’m celibate, does that mean I’m gonna be judgmental towards those who are not?
Love them? Yes.
Care for them? Yes
Want the best for them? Yes
Desire for them to turn a new leaf? Yes
Judge them? NO.
Don’t push people away by making them feel like you’re better than them. I’m not saying if you know your loved one is doing something they shouldn’t be doing, you should keep mute. You can still talk to them and help them see that what they are doing might not be beneficial to them.
It’s not what you say, but how you say it.
We have been called to love and being judgmental is far from godly.
Don’t spend too much time judging someone, that you fail to see the good in them. And the great potential they possess.
Like wise, if you know you’ve done something wrong, learn to take correction. Yes no one should judge anyone but would you rather God judge you for that wrong? Wouldn’t it be better to listen to corrections, take heed and prevent heavenly judgment?
If you do the right thing, what do you stand to lose? Instead, you stand to gain so much more and become a better person.
To everyone who constantly seeks to empower and help those around them grow…more power to your elbow!
Like I mentioned earlier, I’m celibate but I do not discriminate or judge others who are not on this same path with me. I never want anyone to get the wrong idea.
Acknowledge your wrongs, live your truth.
I love you all and thanks for the read.
